Help/Support Repair Station Removal?

Even if I know whole heartily that the thing still underdevelopment but yet I still accidentally place it on the floor. Tried to logged off and logged back in before but it didn’t work. Even my VIP status wouldn’t do a thing to it lol. Any suggestion?

Yes, The data is universal. If you want to modify it on an Apple system, it's difficult
