I have purchased the vip which i thought would give me access to the iosapp+, this was the premium package of $34.99 , now i see its out of stock.
I have yet to receive an activation email.
Im not sure at this point what I paid for when I cant download the hacked game I want which is Monopolygo.

Does anyone have any advice please?

ViP and App+ are different subscription. Also App+ is no longer available for purchasing

I have enabled developer mode on my device , when installing the game hack it still says integrity cannot be verified.
Now what do I do?
i dont understand what I paid for?

You paid for the access to the VIP apps. The only true fire way to install games and apps is via sideloadly and either a free apple developer program which only allows three apps to be installed at a time or pay 99$ to apple and get unlimited downloads. Apple is revoking certificates faster than they can get them so it’s really pointless to download the app or to even pay for the VIP unless you want the access to the VIP games and/or have access to a jailbroken device!
