apple has a developer program gives you your own certificate to sign apps there's a free one but limits how many apps you can sign to your account and only up to ten per week and only three active at once but if buy the 99$ subscription then it bypasses all that and have unlimited signing then use Sideloadly and the free iosgods app to download your apps and then sign with your own certs these guys are trying to get app+ up and running but apple is killing those certs they use and its a pain

its better to pay the app developer fee 99$ a year and use Sideloadly not knocking these guys cause they do some amazing work but Apple is a pain and doesn't like to play fair lol
