If there is nothing in the settings profiles to 'trust' or verify, your Apple developer account is revoked, or you've used the three free apps. Either way, you can try to make a new account, pay to renew it or request a new certificate which you pay a couple of bucks. If you do not want to pay at all, the best way is to download the.ipa file and use 'sideloadly' to install the app on your iDevice and then go to your settings and trust the certificate (which is going to be your own apple id).
