Help/Support used to not consume item when used but now it does

hi so basically before the update when i used a medkit it wouldnt go down like example 20 -> 20 but now it goes down to 20 -> 19, im not sure if its because i sideloaded the game but its kinda annoying

It is disabled cause people were complain about crates/engine/generator couldn’t be drop
