Help/Support Gameplay Stuck

Hi! I started a new save, and so far it was a smooth progress- not until I stumbled upon a bug. I was doing Chapter 3 Mission 1 where I have to explore the Gas Station. I managed to explore the bikes, slot machine, and VIP area. Whenever I try to go near the ATV, the game just freeze completely. I tried restarting the chapter but no luck of going further to the mission, it always get stuck when I go near the ATV. Is there anyway to fix this? If ever I restart from scratch again, is there a way to avoid this problem?

I have also tried playing on the original app, but no luck either.

did you enable gm (god mode)?
cuz my game freeze wehn i enable gm and going to somewhere if you did enable it your save game is broken and you have to start new save and forget about the old save
if you did not enable it i dont have the sulotion

Don’t use god mode ever, the game treats the NPC stats exactly as your stats, what happens is even when you don’t wear shoes, any NPC that wears shoes has god mode enabled + ridiculous movement speed cuz he wears shoes, and this is what freezes the game. (This only applies to NPCs in quests and not regular NPCs nor zombies)

No worries if your save game is broken as far as your progress is saved in gamecenter or google account.

use appmanager to wipe out your save game. open the game again, restore your data and boom. today i had the same problem and it worked like a charm.
