I installed a package which included grep 2.1.1. After removing the package because I didn't need it anymore I decided to get back to my old grep version which is 2.5.1 (latest). I went into Cydia and pressed modify and downgrade to 2.5.4-3. What I didn't know was that with downgrading it every Cydia system file got deleted. My iPhone rebooted and it doesn't turn on anymore. The Apple boot logo appears and then it goes straight into blackscreen. It's not turned on thus SSH didn't work. Also SemiRestore8 failed because the iPhone doesn't seem to be connected. SemiRestore8 doesn't support DFU or Recovery mode which are the only accessable modes for me. Is there someone who had the same problem in the past? I don't want to lose my jailbreak.

You can't boot in safemode?

No that brings me to an Apple logo bootloop as long I hold the buttons

It goes into a black screen?

When you plug in your iPhone to your PC, does it recognise it?
