Help/Support apptrailers not playing ads , why?

I downloaded Apptrailers last night and it seemed to be working great, until today when every video I watch doesn't give me any points? When I'm looking through the app videos it says "+5 points" or something like that but I almost never receive the points? I tried closing the app, clearing the cache, nothing seems to work. Anyone else have this problem???

It could be jailbreak detection. Make sure you don't have any mods/tweaks installed into the app. Secondly, look on Flex for a anti jailbreak disable tweak

Try AppTrailers while your device is in Safe Mode?

@DiDA i tried it in safe mode with the same result

No video gives me points i have Tried all the flex patches

For apptrailers no one is working

It could not be that we are the only two person have the same problem here

I think nobody is interested on apptrailers

Yes after 800 Points = 80 Cent a Day it gives no more Ads to Watch :-(
