Settlement HQ and barracks "Cant finalize" issue resolved in two ways

Im sure many of us have encountered this issue before, where we dupe the satellite/antenna and the screws only to be met with the "cannot finalize" message. Fear not, there is actually TWO ways to counter this counter. First way: The most commonly known way by far. After refreshing your game, wait for the factory and or motel to update/restart. Then just normally grind the required items the vanilla way(this is from what i heard, please correct me if im wrong). Second way: This other way isnt official as i think im one of the few people who have done it/discovered it. Now what im going to talk about isnt necessarily specific to this issue, its a universal measure. Make sure you have a second device to play on. Get the normal version of the game on this other device(could be another phone or computer, i used my mac). Now just log in to the same Kefir account you should've used on the hacked version. What this does is basically reverse any of the counters the devs have set up. For me, it fixed the cannot finalize issue, and some issues with the ATV, store, and battle pass. DISCLAIMER: 1. If you have duped any of the special items, like the screws or satellites, it will return the duped amount back to its base amount. 2. As this is something thats most likely new, im not entirely sure of its effectiveness amongst other players. It helped me with a lot of annoying issues, and I hope it can do the same for everyone else. Lemme know how if it helped you out \/
