My /var/jb/var/mobile directory was owned by root for some reason so installing as mobile was not possible. And install-theos script doesn't want to be ran as root.

Had to change the ownership of /var/jb/var/mobile directory to mobile user in order for this to work. Also, the script did not automatically install gzip for me.
