I'm brand new to the jailbreaking community. That being said, I'm sorry if my questions are dumb to you more seasoned members! Firstly, is there really no iOS 9 jailbreak available? Secondly, is it free or do we pay for our phones to be jailbroken?

1.) As of right now, no. They are currently under development, BUT it will happen.

2.) No it's free, and if they charge you for something online, you're getting ripped off.

iOS 9 Jailbreak is still an upgoing process. We do not know when it will be released, but thank God, it's possible.
