No. it does works, everything is at maxed unless building or stuff that has unreleased items, I can’t do

I saw ur other post, u did something to ur game and break ur saves i guess, thats why u cant enter settlement. Its not because u tried this duplication methods.

All of them are useable, just make sure to restart the game after duplication.
