Meet iGDebugger, iGameGod's built-in on-device debugging tool for Watchpoints, Breakpoints, stack traces, register inspection, and more.

iGDebugger helps modders and developers trace a value found in the iGameGod Memory Engine back to the code or function that reads or changes it. You can then inspect the related instructions, identify a reusable library offset, and use that information with the Live Offset Patcher, a Theos tweak, or another patching workflow.

Traditional LLDB debugging workflows often require a Mac or PC. iGDebugger brings many of these debugging tools directly to your iPhone or iPad and works inside supported apps on both jailbroken and non-jailbroken devices.

What Is iGDebugger?

iGDebugger is part of iGameGod and iGameGod Jailed.

It connects the iGameGod Memory Engine, iGDisassembler, and Live Offset Patcher into one on-device research workflow.

For example, after finding an in-game value with the Memory Engine, you can set a Watchpoint to see what code accesses that value. iGDebugger can then show the stack trace, register values, library name, and library-relative offset involved.

What's New in iGDebugger?

iGDebugger and its Watchpoint tools have received several major improvements in recent iGameGod updates:

Read & Write Access Options: Configure a Watchpoint for read and write access, read-only access, or write-only access.
Detailed Watchpoint Results: Open a complete detail page for every triggered Watchpoint.
IL2CPP Method Names: Recognized Unity and IL2CPP methods can now appear by name inside stack traces instead of only showing raw addresses.
Register Inspection: View the CPU register values captured when a Watchpoint or Breakpoint is triggered.
Library-Relative Offsets: Addresses can be displayed relative to their loaded library, making them easier to use in patches.
Improved Read Detection: Read Watchpoints and hardware Watchpoint handling are now more reliable.
Set Watchpoint Shortcut: Set a Watchpoint directly from the Memory Engine edit popup or its long-press menu.
Improved Interface: iGDebugger benefits from iGameGod's newer window positioning, resizing, safe-area handling, iPad support, and visual improvements.

iGDebugger Features

Watchpoints

A Watchpoint monitors a selected memory address and tells you when another part of the app reads from or writes to it.

This is especially useful when you have found a value in the Memory Engine but do not yet know which function controls it.

Set a Watchpoint directly on a Memory Engine result or saved address.
Choose between read and write, read-only, or write-only access.
View how many times the address has been accessed or changed.
See the code locations responsible for reading or writing the address.
View timestamps showing when the address was accessed.
View the value captured when the Watchpoint was triggered.
Open a detailed stack trace for each Watchpoint hit.
View recognized Unity and IL2CPP method names inside supported stack traces.
Inspect register information and values.
View the related library and library-relative offset.
Export the stack trace for later research or sharing.

Breakpoints

A Breakpoint stops execution when the app reaches a selected instruction or code location, allowing you to inspect what is happening at that exact moment.

Set supported Breakpoints from Memory Engine results.
Set Breakpoints directly from iGDisassembler.
Inspect the registers captured when the Breakpoint is triggered.
Modify supported register values before continuing execution.
View the instruction and code location responsible for the Breakpoint.
Use the resulting library-relative offset in your own patch or tweak.

Address & Offset Information

Automatic ASLR Handling: iGameGod automatically accounts for the app's runtime address changes, so you do not need to calculate the ASLR slide manually.
Library-Relative Offsets: Convert runtime addresses into offsets relative to the correct app or framework library.
Decimal & Hexadecimal: View supported values using either decimal or hexadecimal formatting.
Exact & Fuzzy Search Support: Start from addresses found through both Exact and Fuzzy Memory Engine searches.
iGDisassembler Integration: Continue investigating the related instruction or function directly inside iGDisassembler.

From a Memory Value to a Reusable Patch

A typical iGDebugger workflow looks like this:

Find the value you want to investigate using the iGameGod Memory Engine.
Set a Watchpoint on the result and choose whether to monitor reads, writes, or both.
Return to the game and perform the action that reads or changes the value.
Open the triggered Watchpoint and inspect its stack trace, registers, library, and relative offset.
Open the related code in iGDisassembler for a closer look.
Test the resulting offset with the Live Offset Patcher or use it in your own tweak.

This makes it possible to move from a temporary Memory Engine result to a more reusable code-based modification without relying on a desktop debugger for every step.

To install or update iGameGod on a jailbroken device, add the official iOSGods Repo to Sileo, Zebra, Cydia, or your preferred package manager:

Install the appropriate iGameGod package for your jailbreak environment, enable iGameGod for your selected app, and then launch the app.
