tried to add iosgods repo to cydia, and got this error. anyone know what it means?

checked date and time, restored system with jailbreak, redid jailbreak, reinstalled repo, installed igg app.

now i'm getting ads everytime i start igg and seems like every 2-5mins another pop up ad comes continuously. is this igg, or is my igg hijacked?
