Help/Support Crash on app after deleting files on app.manager

Here is the problem.

im trying to wipe the app so i can reset the app because my account got ban. But i wipe the wrong data and the got crash.

im already trying to uninstall the game, but the app still on the system. Any suggest for my problem ?

im already trying rebooting, but the apps icon gone blank. im trying to erase it and reinstall the app from app store. but still "open" not the symbol for reinstall.

Then try using icleaner
