can I understand it this way: 

after we visited certain amount times of factory we can use duplicated antenna for the base.

Or the game can actually detect how many antenna you actually get from farming the factory?

If we split hack the items and process them into something else? I mean like splitting nails and plank to make frames etc is that working?

No, even if the processing is completed, the system will deduct the resources you will get in the future (such as screws
