The Settlement in ACT II Completable !!!

Folks, if you have added duped items to the barracks, headquarters, wall, garage or van and are unable to finalize don't despair. Just revisit each area where the special items come from and continue to collect them after every reset till you reach the magic number and add them to the blueprint(s) at the settlement and it will finalize. Store your special items in a crate till they add up to required amount(you don't want to get killed with those items on you and risk loosing them). A big Thanks to IOSGOD user imnotmuh as I was a hair away from resetting my game until he reassured me it would work and it did.

Aprox 40 days assuming you immediately revisit each site where the special materials come from as soon as it resets

I think 5-6l low gain antenna is enough...???  i went the 2nd time at the place where the antenna was the 1st time and i didn't see it....hmm it's hard

Yes sometimes it is in a different spot in the basement of the factory keep looking for it

only in factory basement. you know where you put generator. walk backwards all the back into hallway then the room behind it and there is a crate that should have it.

I'll try and get a screenshot of the second spot it shows up in in the basement tonight and post it. IT is only in one of two spots in basement.
