Same problem with the decrypted app still can’t claim the gems

So I managed to get this done as per your instructions and the game is running and all, but do you have to start a new game with it? You can’t recover your original game? And also, whenever I click on the any of the gem or money packs it just keeps coming up with a little black box with a cancelled message and a cross instantly whenever I press one.
