Help/Support Should I turn ON Developer Mode to use third party apps?

Third party apps that I downloaded on my (non-JB) iPhone IOS 16 using sideloadly wont open, it says turn ON developers Mode to use them. Should I keep Developers Mode ON, so I won’t have to turn them ON every time before using those third party apps?  Will it do any harm to keep it ON forever. 
 

Also why does this site recommend me to use disposable Apple ID to download these apps?
