At least in my case, I had done that and the game not only still gets stuck on parental control before being able to load in, but also (after doing the thing where leaving it loading for some hours in the background and then opening it) still gets stuck when you are logged in. I had made a fresh account to do this as well.

Any other theories @Rocketto? Many thanks.

You played to level 2? Maybe try installing another way.

Yep, still no luck. I even made a fresh account to make sure I didn't miss anything in the tutorial. @Rocketto

For most people they cant even log in the parental control thing happens when booting the game for the first time

It shouldn't if you download through the AppStore like suggested.

idk why people get that issue, literally none of my friends playing the game have that isssue. Plus I also borrow family members device to test and still no issue

I can't control what people did or what on their devices, if not work for you then you out of luck

I think its devices problem, it occurs on my ip (14plus), but it litterally worked on my friends’ devices (13prm)
