Help/Support Downloaded hacked app but nothing different?

I recently saw a game i liked and it was modded, but when i paid for the app+ i downloaded it finally but nothing on it worked. It was like i was playing the game as normal straight from the app store.

I downloaded a game called "Knights & Dragons RPG" with a modded menu.i followed the 2 step instructions to the exact but my game does not seem like it is modded, just a plain download from App Store.

 

 And as far as i was able to see there is no mod menu on there anywhere?

 

 Please someone can you download the game and see if the mod menu works?

Which app is this? Perhaps the author made a mistake when uploading.

Let me know which app it is so we can review.

Recently had the exact same issue, no difference between app on App Store as to this one, redownloaded a few times over a month to make sure it wasn’t a one time error, any way to get help with this?
