"Confirmed Issue
- We have detected the act of tampering in
Ninja Battle.
- The team is currently taking necessary
actions against the confirmed accounts.
However, as there is a high number of cases,
there is quite a delay.
- We have proceeded with the forced update
without a notice on 09/02 (Mon) 05:30AM to
make these accounts play the latest version to
prevent tampering.
- We are sorry for our late notice.
- As for these accounts, once they are
confirmed, they will be banned permanently
and removed from the rankings.
Prevention
- We will respond faster to players' reports and
investigate with more precision.
- The security level for our security program
will be upgraded in order to further prevent the
act of tampering.
- We are also planning to adopt a function
which automatically discerns and bans
suspicious accounts.
- Other possible.. etc.

"We have newly adopted a system which
automatically blocks/bans an account that
proceeded an unauthorized refund through
Google/ Apple or that used an illegal program"

Maybe it somehow influences the hack as well.
