I used the same method as described before. Modifying the IPA with the jailed bypass and export it via sideloadly, then using appdb for signing and installation; working flawlessly.

Please try the new Sideload Spoofer feature on Sideloadly and see if it works.

The outdated pop-up is gone. But it doesnt connect to my existing game account. I used Sideloadly instead of appDB to install though.

Q: Why can't I restore my Game Center game progress after sideloading?
A: With the latest iOS versions, Apple has prevented users on free Apple accounts from sideloading apps that have the same bundle ID as an App Store app. In order to sideload on the latest iOS versions, we are forced to set a unique bundle ID and in doing so, Game Center does not recognize the app therefore will not prompt you to restore your save.

Appdb pro/plus uses paid account, i.e., either your own apple developer account (plus) or via a provided one (pro). Alternatevly it works with the iosgods+ app as well, but I'm unsure of the revocation situation with appdb pro or the iosgods+ app.

You can use an developer account via Sideloadly as well and this should work, but sadly I always get a 404 error when I try it, so I'm unable to confirm it.
