Help/Support iPhone iOS update to any version but latest?

Hello everyone,

i am in need of help, i have a jailbroken phone running ios 10, now i unjailbroke it and i wanna update the IOS to 11 or anything around that, (because a few games i wanna back require ios 11) but it will only let me update straight to ios 15.6, is there a way to update my ios but not all the way to the newest version?

It is unfortunately not possible as Apple will always try to force you on the latest iOS.

You can try something like LowerInstall or Sideloadly to perhaps bypass the apps that require iOS 11+.

I don’t think this is possible unless you use certain programs (if there are some, then I just don’t know them). There are ways to spoof your iOS version though. The topic is here if you’re interested
