Help/Support Duolingo keep crashing.

Hello There,

I'm having a problem with Duolingo app right now. Today, I've installed it on my non jailbroken iPhone 6S (iOS 15), when I try to play the app, it just say “Something want wrong please try again.” The video link is below ⬇️

I try restarting my iPhone 3 time but nothing happened it just crash the app.

what should I do? I did everything I can think of, But it won’t stop crashing the app.

Try reinstalling. If that hasn’t solved the problem then it might be in an unsupported version. I’m not the best at finding error solutions so please correct me if I’m wrong

I have already tried reinstalling and installing. And did everything I can think of.

 

Each time I try to start a lesson in Duolingo it keeps saying “something went wrong,” for some reason.

I have the same problem. ios 15.1.1 on iphone 13 pro. with duolingo version 6.170. Does not work! 😞
