General What motivates you to work hard?

What motivates me to work hard is that I think about the future in how well it can benefit me to attempt to get where I want to be in life.

I would say that my family's well-being is what motivates me to work hard. My grandpa instilled a good work ethic into me when I was young, God rest his soul. 

If you work hard every day and be a good human to your fellow man then everything will be golden. 👍

Which is a reason why i brought this up because I want to know what other people on this forum are thinking about that gets them going. Get a deeper thought bubble to why are they doing what they are doing now and keep going with that process rather than backing out and try something different
