Help/Support App+ close after "Resigning App" and not install app

I try re-install "Rocket for Instagram (No Ads)" (v232.0 By Laxus) from iOSGods App+, because the app revoked (According to me, this happened because I installed it before having VIP and subscription) , but when I try install, the application is downloaded but when it reaches the message "Resigning App" the iOSGods App+ application is closed and instagram is not installed.

I already tried the following:
- Uninstall and install iOSGods App+
- Change my Country
- Restart my iDevice
- I deleted all profiles and installing again

@Laxus Sorry for pinging you again, but now I get the message I indicated in the previous answer (edited), 'Could not install "Rocket for Instagran (No Ads)", please try again later', The main problem that it does not go beyond the "Resigning App" message has been solved, but now I get the aforementioned

We managed to fix the unable to install issue, however, there is another issue where the app crashes on launch.

Communicating with the author on ways to solve the crashes. Please keep an eye out for when a new update is released.

I’m not person who make this topic but itested it , it says install failed  , also can you add app for increasing followers for instagram thanks

It still does not work, the same message appears, I tried everything, but the same problem appears
