Thank you for the update on the app, apps are installing again!

I have tried to install several apps (Homescapes, Gardenscapes, Plants vs. Zombies 3) using the App+ on my Non-Jailbroken iPad Pro 3rd Gen w/ IOS 15.4.1; however,  I am receiving a Communication Error when it appears the app is trying to download additional content. I saw all the disclaimer’s re: communication errors when installing using Sideloadly & using the incorrect Apple ID, but since I am using the app+, this would not apply. 
 

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Are you receiving the same message on multiple apps? 
 

Are you custom installing the apps, changing bundle ID?

No custom Installs, using just the default App+ installation.

I think the Gardenscapes/Homescapes errors are related to Facebook login - Saving Progress because I can get into the app & after FB logon, the errors occur.

PvsZ3 - Not able to get into the app at all. Error on first run.

Plants vs. Zombies 3 = Unable to Connect

Homescapes - Tries to update 1 of 17, hangs for ~60 = Communication Error

Gardenscapes - Tries to update = Communication Error, Check your connection & Try again.

You should read note before go straight to download, I did not write there for fun

What NOTE?!?  Are you talking about the note regarding  using an incorrect iCloud username using Sideloadly? I DID read that note and I specified so in my first message! I also searched through all your FAQ’s & used this as a last option. I guess I have to spell it out for you:

  1. I did not use Sideloadly. 
  2. I used your IOSGods App+ (which has been unimpressive so far)
  3. No where in the process of installing the app, using your App+, does  it ask for an Apple ID/iCloud/Gamecenter/Facebook email/username/logon etc.
  4. So HOW can the communication errors be caused by improper User ID as the ONLY note on the apps info page, informs?

WHY DON’T you read my messages first. I’m not posting them for fun, quite the opposite. 

is this the kind of help one can expect here? Wow! I am even a VIP of both the App+ & Cheats! Definitely be carefully thinking those renewals!
 

I found out what the problem is in re: Homescapes/Gardenscapes. If you try & load your progress via Apple/Google or Facebook logon, and that progress was done on the newest version of the app. The apps need to update to load that progress & that is where they lock-up. So, either the App+ apps have to be updated, or whoever uses them will have to start a. new game from scratch & only use the app on that one device (other devices will software update the progress)

I had this same problem and looking at another thread it seems that the apps that have that message about sideloadly only actually work if downloaded through sideloadly, so it doesn’t work to download them through the app+ 😕

Thank You lizzardKing and Carmina. I’m always having that issue as well. I have changed the email i use on the app to match my apple. Been having this issue for over 1 year. It’s never worked for me
