If you don't have a jailbreak you can't get banned because you can't use hacks

You can't get banned if you have a nonjailbroken device.

I'm planning to go back to Apple's safe prison but I used a hack and I'm still not banned.

If you don't have a jailbreak you can't get banned because you can't use hacks
