Help/Support App+ Unable to Download / Install

Good Morning Everyone! So I got the email this morning saying my App+ account was ready, followed the steps to install it on my  iPhone  8+ running iOS 11.4.1 JailBroken via Unc0ver. However when attempting to install the iOS App+ via the igsadmin.iosgods  webpage its states unable to download app "iOSGods App" could not be downloaded at this time.  I verified the UDiD is correct, respringed, ran iCleaner, so far nothing has worked in regards to getting the app to download. Anyone happen to know of any fixes / work arounds?
