    Delete CustomOffsetPatcher.dylib in /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ then re-install iGameGod again

    Live Offset Patcher is now a part of iGameGod. So you need to uninstall the old .deb you have installed from Cydia so that the iGameGod version can work.
