Looking for pointers and help with hacking a game

    I'll keep this bit short and simple, im an absolute newbie to making ios game cheats or any for that matter. Maybe that puts you off helping me but if any of you could help with my terribly formed questions / issues id be really grateful :)  

    My first kind of issue is that I was following the tut from Ted2 on making hacks with IDA using LLDB and everything is perfect but when it comes to IDA i'm running into a brick wall. I have the correct offsets, but I keep getting the error 'jump ask failed' and I wasnt sure if I had some sort of setting wrong or what. I had the cracked binary file loaded into IDA pro using ARM64 and the ARM processor and I can be sure I had the right offset and was typing it right since I followed the tut I would post a reply on the actual tut but I wanted to see if this was a general issue thats an easy fix. 

    Another thing I was curious about was that I've seen people making cheats for online games with things like 'no skill cooldown' or 'damage multipliers' (mostly rpgs) but I wouldnt be sure how to go about starting this. Would I need offsets for the timer on cooldowns? Do I need to find the damage value offset and how? Maybe it needs a whole different way of creating cheats to even do that.. Maybe it just depends on the game? I'd appreciate any pointers to tutorials on how to do that kinda stuff and to find out how you know what to do to make cheats for different games. 

    I want to be able to make some hacked games to upload here for the people and to also be able to update cheats myself. Maybe I'm a long way off but hopefully some of you can reason with me or appreciate that I'd like to get into this sorta thing lmao. Thank you all.

    I’m using Ted2s tutorial and he shows us how to hack the game ‘Bloody Harry’ maybe I’m doing something wrong with the offsets but I am following through exactly how he does it in the video.

        STEP 2: Download Sideloadly and install it on your Windows or Mac.

        STEP 5: Once your iDevice appears, drag the modded .IPA file you downloaded and drop it inside the Sideloadly application.
