you dont exactally need a jailbroken ps3 my friend has mod menu's and dosnt have jailbreak so you need to find the right method

Well If he wants stuff like godmode or umlimited ammo he will need a jailbroken PS3 as you cant make that stick to an account

wrong wrong and wrong lol you can install a mod menu threw a backup and do cash unlimited ammo and an unlock all that's how I did accounts befor I jailbroken

Well I haven't been in the scene, or done modding for quite some time now so I wouldn't know about these modded "backups" or whatever you wanna call theme.
