How to change Device ID on Jailbroken iphone 6 ios 8.4 ?

    Ok iam not sure if this is the right place to start this topic but i was wondering if anyone knows how to change ur device id its for connecting to free wifi like here in england bus services allow you to connect to their free wifi but they have a fair use policy of 50MB and there's nothing like signing up you just click on the wifi spot click on accept terms and conditions and connect so they somehow detect your device id. is there a way to change that id everytime i run out of my allowance ?
