cleaner pro doesnt work . nvm ill try remove jailbreak with impactor now then ill rejailbreak

To fix it, all you need to do is delete com.saurik.Cydia.plist from var/mobile/library/preferences and reboot.However, it seems to me that you don't have iFile or Openssh or Apple File Conduit "2" installed, correct?" i think he's right but i already removed jailbreak urghhfmml

nice .  Ok i just activate my phone now its look like a new phone with nothing on it  lucky i got a backup but i did backup with a cydia ( jailbreak ) on it . what if i restore that file will it automatic jailbreak me again ? i mean i wanna get my photos songs and apps back without jailbreak cuz i dont wanna back to that error time agian

I suggest you jailbreak first, try Cydia, then restore from Backup.

lol yeah idk what's happen with my download speed on chrome rn only download taig like 70mb but its download speed 13kb/s its took me 1hour wtf normal 70mb took me like few min

 

 

 

Test Internet speed normal but the chrome download speed WTF
