stuck in loading screen LDOE

Hi I accidentally crafted and equipped a locked gun and now i cannot delete or unequip it.. reinstalling the game isnt working. I tried to kill the character but my game is stuck in loading screen. Please help. How can i fix this. Any suggestions or solutions
