First wrong section, but to answer your question, I quote DiDA's answer.
 

Error 256 has to do with deb dependancy package missing. If you read what the error fully says, you can see what you need to install from Cydia before installing the .deb.
 
Error 256 on iFile might also mean that the deb archive is damaged.

When i doneload the deb file in terminal

It says:

dpkg: requested operation requires superuser privilege

I have a photo of it but i dont know how to send photo message

for photo, upload to imgur.com and copy link

Uninstall the Modern Combat 5 from a Cydia repo which you have before installing shmoo's one.
