Help/Support problem with ipad 3

I made a phoenix jailbreak to my ipad 3 running ios 9.3.5.
every thing was ok until i installed a incompatible version of appcake.
it made a reboot and stuck on the apple logo.
then i made a clean reset and installed the latest software by itunes.
the problem is:
my ipad can see all the wifi networks with a strong signal but it can't connect to any unless I go and stick to the router.
it connects when it's close to the router and it opens webpages and everything, but when i go far from the router it doesn't open anything.
any help please!!!

You’re using old jailbreak on legacy device. I think you should ask on /r/LegacyJailbreak
