Windows 10 JB altstore method

I just did this real quick because someone was asking for help in the chatbox, I hope it helps some people, alt store has been updated to support windows 10 so this process is much easier now. If I missed anything or you need any help leave a message and I'll try my best to update the tutorial and/or answer your questions.

 

Download latest version of iTunes

Download latest version of iCloud

Go to altstore.io download alt store beta

Unzip files, move to desired location

Go to search, search for altserver, run as administrator

Plug device into computer, ensure device is logged into iTunes

Go to task bar press ^ look for alt store diamond

Left click on diamond, select install altstore, and install to your device

Alt store will prompt you to enter your iTunes information, this only sends the information to the apple servers it does not send it to altstore or save your info.

Alt store should install.

Go to Unc0ver.dev from your device and click open in altstore, install unc0ver

Run unc0ver jailbreak on your device, if jailbreak fails to apply re-run the jailbreak app until jailbreak is successful. Seems to me when this happens though the jailbreak can be buggy, I suggest making sure all apps are closed before attempting jailbreak and powering down phone if jailbreak fails to apply and trying again.

I wouldn’t say it’s much simpler, however after looking at Sideloadly (I hadn’t until now) it is packed with a lot of great features not available on AltStore so it is certainly a better choice.
