Several studies have found that fasting may improve blood sugar control, which could be especially useful for those at risk of diabetes.

In fact, one study in 10 people with type 2 diabetes showed that short-term intermittent fasting significantly decreased blood sugar levels

Meanwhile, another review found that both intermittent fasting and alternate-day fastingwere as effective as limiting calorie intake at reducing insulin resistance.

Decreasing insulin resistance can increase your body’s sensitivity to insulin, allowing it to transport glucose from your bloodstream to your cells more efficiently.

Coupled with the potential blood sugar-lowering effects of fasting, this could help keep your blood sugar steady, preventing spikes and crashes in your blood sugar levels.

2:-

Muslims fast during Ramadan to get closer to God through prayer and contemplation. Many acts of worship apart from fasting are done during this month. Of them, the most important one is the 'Taraweeh' prayer observed in the evening.

Ramadan Kareem to you too Brother.

1. Yes Alhamdulillah

2. Because it’s Fardh.
Fulfilling Allah’s Hukm at Nabi S.A.W. Treeqah and it’s reward is given directly by Allah Taala. That’s it.

1. YES

2. Fasting is one of the five pillars of Islam. There is also a verse in the Quran that prescribes fasting for all Muslims who are mature and healthy enough to do so for the full day. So Muslims fast as an act of worship, a chance to get closer to God, and a way to become more compassionate to those in need.

2-Fasting has been imposed on the Islamic world. "O you who believe! Fasting is imposed on you, as it was prescribed to those before you, so that you may become conscious of Allah. "(Surat al-Baqara, verse 185), it is stated in the verse that fasting is obligatory for a Muslim who has reached the age of puberty. Even though fasting is obligatory by Muslims in general, fasting actually has many different beauties. It is a condition to be defined as poor in normals during the period of time. The person is expected to dominate his soul and to be grateful during the time he is hungry and thirsty. With our self-control, it is easier for us to stay away from bad deeds and we can ask for forgiveness of our sins. Fasting is abundance. The blessing that comes to the tables during the month of Ramadan is not seen as any other. Fasting is also very useful for people from a medical point of view. It has been proven that it affects the digestive and nervous systems. In general, fasting is beneficial for the body, although more specifically.(sorry for my bad english)

1- YES

2-Muslims fast to put themselves in the place of the poor and in the place of the prophet, who practiced fasting to meditate.

Ramadan is one of the 5 pillars of Islam and therefore one of the duties of Muslims.

*Fasting would promote the spiritual path and reflection, but would also help to show vigor, control and asceticism, a symbol of belief.

1 - Yes.

2 - Because I think it is related to Zakaat (donate to charity) so it’ll encourage us to donate, it brings us closer to Allah and the month of Ramadan was when the Qu’ran was revealed.

1. yes
2.Fasting is important during Ramadan as it allows Muslims to devote themselves to their faith and come closer to Allah, or God.

Fasting is one of the Five Pillars of Islam, which form the basis of how Muslims live their lives. The other pillars are faith, prayer, charity and making the pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca.

Happy Ramadan everyone. Stay safe and take care.
