Help/Support Sideloadly not recognizing my iDevice

Hey there, I'm experiencing the issue with my iPhone 7, version 12.4.1

I'm currently having a problem with Sideloadly, the problem being the fact that Sideloadly isn't really recognizing my iDevice in the "iDevice:" section, it's not showing my Device's iD, nor the option to click it. Here's an image showing it.

I'm not quite sure what is the matter, but I've tried checking Device Manager on my PC and it recognizes my iPhone perfectly fine, just not on Sideloadly for some reason. Here's an image showing it.

I've been trying to do some common sense trouble shooting, including re-plugging the charger, switching the USB places, and restarting my PC. None has worked.

Note: This is a personal computer, not a laptop. I used to have a laptop and device recognition was never an issue for Cydia Impactor and whatnot, haven't tested CI on this PC though.

I have issue whenever i plug my İPhone 13 Pro max it doesn't shows up in Sideloadly but whenever i plug 11 pro max everything is fine anyone can help me about it?

Will Sideloadly work on MacBook Pro if it does not have a M1 chip. Cause its not detecting my back an I have tried the troubleshoot with opening the web iTunes but no luck. Trying to run Diablo Immortal on my Macbook Pro 13 but not having any luck.

To be honest, I didn't have such problems when I had an iPhone and I don't know how to help you with this. In general, I have recently stopped using Apple technology. Now I'm building a computer, I recently bought a monitor on refurbished monitors UK website  at a great price. I recently bought a new phone instead of an iPhone and I like everything so far.
