Hi My advice is: install iFile, go to iFile in the file NGBI0199 the modded one and go to the (i) , scroll down to Owner and set on both Owner and Group: mobile, on access permissions set the permissions in all 3 permissions: Read, write, execution. After that click done in upper right option!
