Help/Support Cydia Payments Without Registered Credit Card

I'd like to buy some new Cydia tweaks but after choosing the payment method (which is only PayPal) I got redirected to a page to add a credit card to my PayPal account. I do not have a credit card. Why was purchasing tweaks working without credit card earlier and is there a way to pay without credit card?

Don't you have a skip option?

 

You can also add VCC to PayPal from what I know.

to use paypal option you need to have 25 $ or 25 Euro's and above then you can buy your tweaks and paypal wont ask you for credit card any more

So essentially after charging $25 I can spend it down to 0 or is a constant value above 25 required?

not sure if you wil need to have constantly 25$ or Euro's and above for no credit card option but i wil check that out next week when i get my salary
