    I did the instructions when I want to install it says  

    iOS>=11 detected

    perl installed 

    downloading theos...

    rm: cannot remove ‘var/theos.deb’: No such file or directory 

    updating theos...

    killed 9

    apt-get install -y --force-yes org.theos.dependencies

    Can you manually install this package from Cydia? I think there's an issue with your Jailbreak.
