I did the instructions when I want to install it says  

iOS>=11 detected

perl installed 

downloading theos...

rm: cannot remove ‘var/theos.deb’: No such file or directory 

updating theos...

killed 9

Strange, I did not experience this issue. In this case, you should manually install theos.

@Rook I did the first instructions 

apt-get install -y --force-yes org.theos.dependencies

And got this (click on the link)

Can you manually install this package from Cydia? I think there's an issue with your Jailbreak.

Open Cydia & search "Theos Dependencies" and install the package.

@Rook I think it doesn’t work cause I have iOS 14
