Help/Support New phone and download

Hello, I’ve just got a new iPhone 11 and I recently downloaded iosgods+ on my old phone. When I go back on the email to download it onto this phone it says this phone has not yet been activated to download iosgods+? Any helps appreciated. 👍🏼

I’ve done the transfer instructions and I got the new email and when I press install again it does the same thing and says it’s not activated
