Help/Support How do I Transfer Subsitute Tweaks to Substrate?

Hello, Can anybody please tell me how to save and transfer my tweaks from substitute to Cydia substrate, I install substrate and all my tweaks are gone. And now (After installing PLoader and RBootstrap still nothing shows up ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ thank you!

Device below A12 can use substrate with checkra1n, u0 use subtitute which is completely trash. You can transfer but you may end up f*** up your device and losing jb

oof. Ok but do you know how i can do that? I tried to install substrate and it removed subsitute then i resprung and everything was gone. But i went into cydia and everything was installed. Right now I am running subsitute because pL and rB dont work with substrate for me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. @Laxus
