Help/Support Sideloady doesn't detect iDevice

Hello guys,

I have a non-jailbroken iPhone 11 Pro (iOS 14.4).  I installed Sideload, typed my e-mail and put the unc0ver .ipa in, but the "Start" button is unavailable because Sideload cannot detect my iDevice.

I used a cable, and it is connected to my computer. It even gives me a warning each time.

I've tried to see if anyone has had the same issue as me but I couldn't find anything. What should I do?

And here's proof that my computer detects my phone (I can also access its files).

I installed the web version of iTunes and logged in like you said, by using the link in the topic, then I re-opened Sideloadly.

It works now!
