It’s being reworked, just wait patiently. I’m assuming that you meant crash. I installed and ran it just fine, unless you’re not jailbroken then that’s probably why.

why my mistake?  I was farming the story and the event, but in pvp and on the boss, the mod does not work, I could not be banned because of them.  So why was I still banned?

honestly, I don't know myself.  I farm stories and events all the time, played pvp a couple of times, but the mod doesn't work for it, so they couldn't get banned for it.  but still they gave 7 days for something, I don't understand myself
