Help/Support Sideloadly Cannot Trust App

when I try to sideload an app using sideloadly, it installs perfectly no errors. But when I try to trust the app/verify it, it says: Unable To Verify "iPhone Developer: (EMAIL) Apps". It also says that a need a network connection but I know i'm connected to internet. Can someone please help?

this error also happens with any other kind of certificate, not just mine. I think it's a problem with my device because on my ipad it can trust the certificates.
